NASCAR Pinty’s: Next Step

Saturday, June 1st, 2019: Kevin Lacroix will try to repeat his win of 2018 at Jukasa!

As part of the first NASCAR Pinty's 2019 oval track race, the Bumper to Bumper team will head to Jukasa Motor Speedway to win their second straight win on Saturday, June 1st.

The driver of the Dodge #74 Bumper to Bumper/ Total/ Gates/ PFC Brakes is confident about the APC 200 event, having won this event a year earlier: it's a special track for him because it was his first oval race win.

For this new season, NASCAR Pinty's drivers will have a challenge to overcome as they will have the new General Tires Tires to test for the first time on an oval track. However, They will get a chance to do a practice session the day before. Kevin has no doubt that his Dodge will be excellent again. '' Last year we found the winning recipe on this track with a win and a third place last September. This weekend will be all about repeating the same steps as last season to secure a second win in 2019." - Kevin Lacroix

Last year, he had led 128 of the 200 laps of this event, to claim victory eventually!

Kevin Lacroix is now the leader of the NASCAR Pinty's Championship thanks to his first season victory at the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, two weeks ago. For him, it's important to keep his confidence. "In 2018, we were in the same position as now, but we lost the title because of several elements that were not in our favor. It is now a question of continuing the season with caution while securing wins. " - Kevin Lacroix

As the days grow shorter and the nights colder, drivers start turning the dial of the temperature control toward the red zone. To generate heat in the passengers’ compartment, the heater core pushes residual heat from the engine.
