Isabelle Blais and her team will continue to grow and supply quality car parts, along with great advice, in the Haut-Saint-François region of the province of Québec. But now, armed with the nationwide Bumper to Bumper brand, this local business will benefit from more support than ever before!

These clients came in to purchase products they did not know we had before the new name was on the building,” admitted Blais.

It’s been 17 years since Isabelle Blais took over the reins of her father's auto parts business, and she hasn’t looked back since. The Pièces d’Auto East Angus parts store started off small, with a mere $80,000 in inventory. The store known for selling quality parts and giving out trustworthy advice to residents in the area has grown to become one of the biggest parts stores in the Haut-Saint-François region, occupying up  to 7,500 square feet in space and employing more than 20 people. But the key to their success has a lot to do with loyalty, according to Isabelle Blais. “We keep loyal clients and loyal employees, and always stay ahead of the game by looking for new techniques on how to better serve our customer base.”

Blais insists that the core values will stay the same: for instance, the store will keep sponsoring local sports events related to soccer and hockey, as well as other community events.

Bumper to Bumper East Angus: Loyalty Is the Key to Success

Employees are indeed loyal at Bumper to Bumper, East Angus. One of them, René, a highly qualified service advisor, has been with the team since 1989. Moreover, Mrs. Blais’s father also still works part-time at the store, sharing valuable experience with new and old employees. As for clients, they are increasing in number, not only because some of them have been buying from the store since its humble beginnings, but also because Bumper to Bumper East Angus covers a perimeter that extends over 300 kilometers, delivering parts, equipment, tools and even body-shop supplies to hundreds of businesses in this part of the province. “Maximum coverage not only enables us to deliver quickly, but also to develop new business in other areas,” said Blais.
